Application Guidelines by Cleanroom Class
ISO Class 3–4 (GMP Grade A/B): Ultrasonically-sealed 100% knitted polyester flat mop pads or edgeless continuous filament polyester. Sterile, double-bagged packaging is standard for pharmaceutical aseptic suites.
ISO Class 5–6 (GMP Grade C): Microfiber or polyester-over-foam flat pads. Effective for removing residue build-up from daily disinfectant applications.
ISO Class 7–8 (GMP Grade D): Nonwoven poly-cellulose or standard synthetic flat/string mop heads for general maintenance.
