Perfwipe Large Rectangular Head Swab SSTX707A is constructed from the highest quality 100 ppi polyurethane foam, which is free of organic contaminants such as silicone, amides. Complete thermal bond construction eliminates adhesive contamination, packed in the Class 100 cleanroom, the foam exhibits low particulate and ionic content. It has excellent compatibility with most common solvents including acetone as well as excellent absorbency and solvent holding capacity.
The large rectangular head swab is a large, general purpose swab for cleaning surfaces, which is used in a wide variety of industrial applications. Ideal for requiring high absorbency, low particle generation, and uniform dispersing of solvents.
The Large Rectangular Head Swab are cleanroom processed, providing low levels of non volatile residues (NVRs) and ions, and made to exacting and consistent tolerances using high-precision automated processes. Lot coded for traceability and quality control. Packaged in a silicone-free and amide-free bag.
