Description
Perfwipe Class 100 ESD carbon and polyester anti static wipes are extremely low in particle generation and chemical extractable. This fabric consists of premium quality virgin polyester fibers and carbon core nylon fibers that are continuously filament, no-run knit construction. The fabric undergoes a multitude of special processes that include cleaning, cutting, laundering.
This fabric combined medium-weight polyester with conductive fiber is designed to dissipate electrical charge.
A double knit interlock, no-run circular pattern with laser sealed border for maximum fiber and particle retention. This wipes are packed in a static shield bag, laundered and packaged in a controlled environment, lot control quality tested.
