Description:
Wafer hoop ring is used in the wafer COB packaging process.
The first step is to expand the wafer.
The whole wafer film provided by the manufacturer is evenly expanded by using an expander, so that the wafer particles closely arranged on the surface of the film can be opened, which is convenient for the subsequent procedures.
Plastic wafer hoop ring are of the highest quality, yet very affordable. Offered in sizes ranging from 4 inches to 8 inches, every selection is durable, dependable and heat resistant to between 85 and 100 degrees Celsius.
