Single Wafer Carrier Box

Single wafer carrier box are constructiom from 100% pure PP material and manufacture in class 100 cleanroom.

High quality cleanroom class 100 single wafer carrier box are commonly used for the storage, transport and handling of semiconductor wafers, sapphire wafers or other single crystal substrates. 

Single wafer carrier box is designed to protect semiconductor wafers and delicate samples from damage caused. 

These single wafer carrier box are manufactured with Polypropylene (PP) material and are available size from 6" to 12" diameter sizes with maximum grip, minimum contact and minimum pressure.

Each Single Wafer Carrier box include a spider ring (pressure retention), lid and the base box. The wafer carrier box have a conical base to support the wafer at the edge only.

The wafers are held in place and secured by a spider spring and locking lid.
