M3 Cleanroom Wipes of SSPERFE M-3 is a 100% cotton cellulosic filament fabrics nonwovens.

As the M3 Cleanroom Wipes only contains cotton cellulosic this is an extremely absorbency wipes. 

High soft and purity, low-linting and heat resistance these M3 Cleanroom Wipes are designed for cleaning high temperatures process equipment, diffusion furnace and sensitive electronic equipment in cleanroom environment. 

This M3 Cleanroom Wipes is using extensively in the compact disk and magnetic tape industries.

The M3 Cleanroom Wipes of SSPERFWIPE M-3  is quarter fold into  5" x 5" which is size to fit the hand and promote proper wipping protocol.

Features of M3 Cleanroom Wipes:

Ultra-Low Fibers Releases: Very low fibers releases compared to polyester knit and staple-fibers rayon/polyester nonwoven wipes.

Anti-Static: Low tribocharging so it will not produced significant static charge or damage component with ESD.

High Absorption: Each fiber absorbs liquid and swells. Coupled with its special structured, its property allows absorption of liquid 13 times its weights.

High Purity and softness: Readily observable reduction in impurities transfers.

Chemical Resistances: Strong chemical resistances for both IPAs and Acetones.

Heat-Resistances: Carbonized at a temperature between 260 and 300°C. Unlike synthetic fiber, it is not dissolve at 150°C.

Biodegradability & Eco-efficiency: 100% cotton linter which is ecologically safe and free from environmental contaminant
